Why am I not seeing my Billing & Subscription tab on my Psallo account page?
If the Billing & Subscription tab is missing from your Psallo account page, it is often caused by browser settings, privacy software, or browser extensions that interfere with how account information is displayed.
If you're not seeing the Billing & Subscription tab, try the following:
Disable Ad Blockers and Privacy Extensions
Ad blockers, privacy extensions, VPN browser extensions, and other security software can sometimes prevent parts of the account page from loading correctly.
Temporarily disable any extensions such as:
- Ad blockers
- Privacy protection extensions
- Script blockers
- Browser-based VPNs
After disabling them, refresh the page and check whether the Billing & Subscription tab appears.
Try a Different Browser
If the issue persists, try accessing your account from a different web browser.
We recommend:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
- Firefox
Refresh and Sign In Again
If you've made changes to your browser settings:
- Sign out of your Psallo account.
- Close your browser completely.
- Reopen the browser and sign back in.
- Navigate to your account page again.
