Why am I not receiving Sing texts?
If you’ve signed up for the Sing but you’re not receiving texts, you can follow the steps below:
- Try texting "Sing" to 79316 to restart the messages.
- Check that the number isn’t blocked in your phone settings or that the message didn't automatically go to your deleted texts.
- Restart your device.
- If it still doesn’t work, contact us at support@worshipinitiative.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
