Why am I not receiving Sing texts?

If you’ve signed up for the Sing but you’re not receiving texts, you can follow the options below:

Step 1: (If you used to receive texts but don't anymore)

Since any Sing users who haven't listened to a devo for 30 days will automatically be removed from our text list, the easiest way to get back on the list is to go to sing.theworshipinitiative.com and listen to a devo. That will place you back on our list to text the following day!

Step 2: (If you have never received texts)

Texting "Sing" to 79316 to restart the messages (for US phone numbers).

Check that the number isn’t blocked in your phone settings or that the message didn't automatically go to your deleted texts.

Canadian phone numbers can text "sing" to +1 249-462-1452

Step 3

  1. Go to settings (☰) > Notifications
  2. Make sure the Daily text notifications toggle button is set to "on"
  3. If the notifications are already set to be on, try selecting a different time the notifications are sent. Then turn the notifications off and back on.
