Why am I not receiving Sing texts?

If you’ve signed up for the Sing but you’re not receiving texts, you can follow the steps below:

1. Try texting "Sing" to 79316 to restart the messages.
2. Check that the number isn’t blocked in your phone settings or that the message didn't automatically go to your deleted texts.
3. Restart your device.
4. If it still doesn’t work, contact us at support@worshipinitiative.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
