Why Am I Being Asked to Upgrade If I Already Have a Psallo Subscription?
If you have an active Psallo subscription but are still being prompted to upgrade or can’t access certain content, there are a few common things to check.
1. Confirm You Have the Correct Subscription
Psallo offers two types of subscriptions: Play and Lead, each provides access to different content.
- If you’re trying to access something that’s locked, click on the lock icon
- This will tell you which subscription (Play or Lead) is required
It’s possible you already have a subscription, but not the one needed for that specific content.
2. Make Sure the Subscription Is Assigned to You
If you’re part of an organization, a subscription must be assigned to your specific user profile.
To check:
- Go to My Account
- Navigate to Members
- Click on your name
- Look under Permissions to confirm your subscription is assigned
If it’s not assigned, you won’t be able to access the content even if your organization has an active subscription.
3. Check Your Browser and Extensions
We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
- Make sure you are using Chrome
- Disable any ad blockers or privacy extensions/software
- These tools can sometimes interfere with account access and subscription recognition
