What does the launch of Psallo mean for my Worship Initiative subscription?

Your current subscription to The Worship Initiative remains active and unchanged.

However, Psallo is now the new home for all the same songs, training, and resources you have historically found at theworshipinitiative.com.

We’re excited about the improvements Psallo brings and look forward to rolling out new content and features that will serve you and your team even better.

 

Will I need to create a new account?

Yes. To access all the new features, tools, and flexibility Psallo provides, you’ll need to create a new Psallo account.

 

When I create a new Psallo account, do I need to cancel my old Worship Initiative account?

Yes. Your previous subscription to The Worship Initiative will remain active even after you create a new Psallo account.

To avoid being billed for both subscriptions, you’ll need to cancel your old account.

 

Can I get a refund for my Worship Initiative subscription if I switch to Psallo?

Yes! We’re committed to making your transition to Psallo smooth and fair.


Refunds When Switching to Psallo

If you’re moving to Psallo in the middle of your current subscription period, we’ll provide a credit for the remainder of your Worship Initiative subscription to your Psallo account when you switch over.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Create a Psallo account with Play and Lead (Basic) with your preferred subscription cycle.

  2. Let us know you've done this by emailing hello@worshipinitiative.com!

  3. Our team will apply a credit to your Psallo account to reflect the remainder of your Worship Initiative subscription.

Is the pricing the same for the new product?

Psallo pricing will be slightly different in order to give you more flexibility:

  • Only pay for the product(s) that you use

  • Add unlimited free seats to your account

  • Give your team greater access to resources without additional subscription costs

This structure creates more opportunities to lead and serve your team effectively.

Will my current watch history, resource libraries, and chart downloads transfer to my new Psallo account?

No. Unfortunately, your new Psallo account will not migrate the following data from your old Worship Initiative account:

  • Video progress

  • Curated playlists

  • Chart downloads

Your Psallo account will start fresh, giving you access to the same library of content, along with new tools and features moving forward.
