I'm not receiving a password reset email

If you forgot your Worship Initiative login password and have clicked "forgot your password?" but are not receiving an email, don't worry! There's most likely a quick and easy fix! 😁

What to do

1) The most likely reason is that at some point in the past you unsubscribed from our emails so our system is no longer able to send any emails to your address, including a password reset email.

To solve this, you will simply need to reach out to our customer service team at customersupport@worshipinitiative.com to let us know you're trying to reset your password but haven't received the email and we will get it fixed!

 

2) Another possibility is that you are attempting to send the password reset email to the wrong email address that is not associated with your Worship Initiative account. If you have any questions about what email your account is under, you can reach out to us at customersupport@worshipinitiative.com and we can help you figure this out!
