If I upgrade my subscription, does my whole org get upgraded too?

No. Subscriptions in Psallo are purchased and assigned on an individual basis.

What this means:

• Upgrading your own subscription only changes your account.

• Other members of your org keep the subscription level they already have.

Options for your org:

• You can purchase an upgraded subscription for yourself only.

• You can choose to purchase upgrades for specific team members.

• Or, you can upgrade everyone in your org by assigning subscriptions individually.

Why this matters:

This flexibility allows every person in your org to:

• Join at their own subscription level (even Basic/Free)

• Access resources according to what’s most helpful for them

• Scale access for your team without paying for more than you need
