How to cancel my Sing+ subscription

If you’d like to cancel your Sing+ subscription, you can do so anytime by following the steps below. Don’t worry — you’ll still have access to the free version of Sing! after canceling.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your account
   Go to sing.theworshipinitiative.com and log in.

2. Open your account settings
   Once logged in, click the icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the menu.

3. Go to your subscription
   From the menu, select Subscription.

4. Update your subscription
   On the Subscription page, click Update Subscription.

5. Cancel your subscription
   Finally, select Cancel Subscription.

After canceling, you’ll still have access to the free version of Sing, which includes basic features and content.
