How to cancel my Sing+ subscription

If you’d like to cancel your Sing+ subscription, you can do so anytime by following the steps below. Don’t worry — you’ll still have access to the free version of Sing! after canceling.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your account by going to sing.theworshipinitiative.com.

2. Once logged in, open your account settings by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the menu.

3. From the menu, select Subscription.

4. On the Subscription page, click Update Subscription.

5. Finally, select Cancel Subscription.

After canceling, you’ll still have access to the free version of Sing, which includes basic features and content.
