How do organizations work?

In Psallo, Organizations (orgs) are our group accounts. They allow individuals and teams to connect, share resources, and grow together.

  • When you create a Psallo account, you automatically have your own organization.

  • You can:

    • Invite others to join your org

    • Join other people’s orgs

  • Users can belong to as many organizations as they want.

Benefits of Organizations

  • Learn and grow together with your group

  • Create a shared environment for playlists, training, and content

  • Collaborate across different subscription levels

Roles and Permissions

  • Org Owners and those with Curator status can:

    • Create custom playlists

    • Edit playlists for everyone in the org

  • Members without those roles can still view and benefit from shared playlists.

Subscriptions Within Orgs

  • Each member can have a different subscription level.

  • For example, you can invite unlimited people—even if they only have a Basic (Free) account—and they can still join your org.

  • When you invite people do join your org, you can assign them whichever subscription level you'd like them to have.

NOTE: You will need to purchase any subscriptions that you'd like to assign to members of your org before being able to assign that subscription level to them.

For example, if your org has 10 members and you have purchased 3 Play (Essentials) subscriptions, you can then "hand out" those three subscriptions to any three people in your org.

  • You can edit permissions and assigned subscription levels of your org's members by going to My AccountMembersClick on the name of which member you'd like to make changes to.

Switching Between Orgs

  • You can belong to multiple organizations, but you can only be signed into one at a time.

  • Switching is easy—just choose which org you want to be active in. You can do this by going to My Account.

👉 In short: Organizations make it simple to connect, collaborate, and grow in worship together—whether you’re leading a team, serving in your church, or learning alongside friends.
