Does my Play or Lead subscription give my entire team access to Psallo?

No, subscriptions are individual and cannot be shared across a team.

Each Play or Lead subscription is assigned to one person at a time. If you have a single subscription and it’s assigned to you, other members of your organization will not have access to the platform or its resources.

How to give access to your team

If you’d like others on your team to have access, they will each need their own subscription. You can purchase and manage these for your team:

1. Go to My Account
2. Select Billing & Subscription
3. Purchase additional subscriptions as needed
4. Navigate to the Members tab
5. Assign each subscription to the appropriate team member

This ensures everyone on your team has their own access and can fully use the platform.
