Cancelling your Psallo subscription

If you’d like to cancel your Psallo subscription, you can do so easily through your account settings in just a few steps.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Log in to your account at: psallo.theworshipinitiative.com
2. Go to My Account
3. Click on the Billing & Subscription tab
4. Select Manage Your Plan
5. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts

Reactivating Your Subscription

Changed your mind later? No problem. You can reactivate your subscription at any time by following the same steps above and selecting a plan again.
