Can I change the phone number on my Sing account?

At this time, it's not possible to change the phone number associated with your Sing account. Each account is tied to the phone number that was used when it was created.

If you've gotten a new phone number, the best thing to do would be to simply create a new account by texting "sing" to 79316 from your new number and follow the prompts.

What if I have a Sing+ subscription under my old phone number?

If you have an active Sing+ subscription tied to your old phone number, our support team can help transfer it to your new account.

Just contact Customer Support by emailing hello@worshipinitiative.com, and we'll provide you with a code to transfer your existing Sing+ subscription to your new phone number.
