Assigning seats and roles in your Psallo org

 

NOTE: If you would like to assign someone an Essentials or Pro level subscription, you will need to purchase that first by going to Billing & Subscription.

Once a subscription is purchased, it will then be available to assign.

Overview

Organization administrators can manage member access by assigning subscription seats and user roles. Before assigning a seat, verify that an available seat exists within your organization's subscription.

 

Assigning a Seat to a User

  1. Sign in to your Psallo account.
  2. Click your name in the top-right corner.
  3. Select My Account.
  4. Navigate to the Members tab.
  5. Locate the user you would like to update.
  6. Click the current subscription assignment for Play and/or Lead under the "tier" dropdown.
  7. Select the appropriate seat:
    • Essentials
    • Pro
  8. Save your changes.

The user's access will update immediately after the seat is assigned.


Available Roles

Curator

Curators can:

  • Manage organization content and settings
  • Invite and manage users
  • Assign seats and roles
  • Create and manage collections, plans, and other organizational resources
  • Access all organization features available to the organization

User

Users can:

  • Access content available through their assigned subscription
  • View and use resources shared with the organization
  • Manage their own account settings
  • Participate in organization activities based on permissions granted by a Curato
